SIBO
SIBO protocols abound. DFH's is reasonable but might not be enough if you also have SIFO:

Fertility/infertility issues are generally not one size fits all and require individualized investigation. That said, this DFH bundle can provide basic support.

In most cases, histamine intolerance is rooted in gut health issues. That said, the products in this support bundle can be ameliorative.
Might sound nuts, but in my experience much of insomnia-- trouble falling asleep-- stems from gut issues; 1-2 a.m. waking, from evening alcohol consumption; 2-3 a.m. waking, from blood glucose crashes, in which case eating a little fat or protein at bedtime helps many. Please do not take sleeping pills or benzos! It's a deal with the devil.
Obviously the key here is to address macronutrient mix, food quality, sleep quality/sufficiency, stress mgt/hormone balance and gut health. That said, DFH offer this support bundle.

90% of MDs and nurses improperly measure BP and as a result make dx of hypertension where none exists. That said, endothelial integrity & function are good things to keep healthy, mostly via diet (lots of health fats and Mg/K). Sarcopenia
(Muscle Loss), esp. in 50-60+ folks
DFH offers the obvious: creatine, collagen protein, HMB and omega-3's in their sarcopenia support bundle. To that I might add looking at Cortisol:Dhea ratio, gut health (there is now a Gut-Muscle Axis) and consider CGM or otherwise monitoring insulin levels. And consider BCAA's (and a 2x daily 20-minute meditation practice if cortisol trends high).
